Sources

Content in the index comes from two places: the automatic discovery crawler, and the community (you submitting your own work).

Automatic discovery

The crawler starts from known CC0 / public-domain / 0BSD resource hubs and verifies every page it visits for a clear license signal. It respects robots.txt and only stores metadata + snippets. New finds appear in the chronological feed.

Over 60 source hubs are seeded to keep the discovery feed full of genuinely reusable work.

Community submissions

Anyone can submit their own CC0, public-domain, or 0BSD work from the homepage. Each submission is reviewed before appearing in the community feed.

Transparency

Every indexed item records its detected license, the license URL (if machine-readable), and how it was detected. Takedowns are honored promptly — see the policy page.
